“The Meat Center” and “On the Block” catering is a full service upscale market specializing in high quality meat and fish, old world style delicatessen and off premise catering. The “Meat Center” features a wide variety of fresh custom cut beef, poultry, pork, lamb, veal and specialty game. Fresh ground beef will be available packaged by the pound or into patties. “Prepared meats” such as kebobs, pinwheels, bacon wrapped filet mignon, stuffed chicken breasts and pork chops are oven or grill ready, to name just a few. Fresh “in house” made sausages are prepared daily including such flavors as sweet and hot Italian; chicken, cheddar and chipotle and savory and sweet breakfast links. Cooked prepared entrees consist of such dishes as country style meatloaf, Italian meatballs, herb crusted breaded chicken cutlets, housemade sausage, peppers and onions, eggplant parmesan, chicken pot pies, beef chili and stew etc. Prepared side dishes include roasted garlic mashed potatoes, marinated grilled vegetables, sweet potato casserole, green beans with julienne vegetables etc.

The Seafood department offers a large assortment of fresh fish and shellfish. Fresh bay and sea scallops, in shell and shucked oysters, cooked and raw shrimp, tuna, flounder, mahi mahi and salmon are some examples. A full line of prepared seafood such as crab cakes, stuffed clams, flounder with lobster stuffing, soups and chowders and an assortment of seafood kebobs is available. A full line of fine fresh frozen fish products and prepared seafood is also available.
